"Best Gym Software Experience Ever!"
Honestly, this gym software has been a game changer for us, and their support team is top-notch. They always respond on the same day, and they even have a hotline for emergencies on weekends. I really want to highlight SERENA. She's hands down the best customer service rep I've encountered anywhere! Losing her would be a huge blow. She's super friendly, always ready to help, and just a joy to work with. Even when the issue isn't directly related to gym assistants, she goes the extra mile to help us find a solution. If I could give her 10 stars, I totally would! Big thanks to Serena and the gym assistant team.

"Outstanding Assistance"
I'm just getting used to the new software and the Gate Keeper door controller. The service I've received so far has been top-notch, from the sale to the software setup and support with importing data. The help I got with EFT formatting was really impressive. Can't wait to have everything set up, especially the door controller, in the coming week.

"I'd Give Gym Assist an Even Higher Rating If Possible!"
Honestly, I'd give Gym Assist a higher score if I could. First off, their customer service is top-notch. I've never seen such fantastic support as what I've gotten from Gym Assist. I'm really looking forward to what new offerings this awesome company will roll out next.

"This company is fantastic!"
I really dig this company! The system is super user-friendly. Help is always on hand whenever you require it. The trainers are really understanding and nice. Our fitness business has seen awesome results with this setup. We're not a large organization, so it suits our requirements perfectly. Checking results and obtaining reports is a breeze when necessary. Thanks a bunch!

We operate a couple of fitness centers and utilize the gym membership system for handling memberships and payments. We're really fond of their Gym Assistant tool. Setting it up was a breeze, and they’re always on hand to assist with any issues that pop up.

"My Experience with Bio-Logic Since 2008"

"Outstanding Support Team"
The support team is truly outstanding. Sure, there are times when they get a bit swamped and can't respond to customers immediately. But honestly, whenever I've dealt with them about any issues, they nearly always sort it out.

Awesome software, comes packed with all the necessary features, and is ready to go straight away without any formal training. I've never encountered any issues, and the only times we've had to reach out were to bump up the membership size.

"A Family-Run Fitness Center's Software Solution"
We run a small, family-owned fitness center. Previously, we relied on a custom-built database that just didn’t meet our requirements anymore. The other software options available didn’t quite cut it for us either. Our goal was to have ownership of our software and keep it on our local network instead of relying on the cloud. This new software has really improved our efficiency and provided us with valuable data. We’re super happy with it!

"Using gym helper at my …school"
I've been utilizing the gym helper at my yoga and martial arts studio for a decade now. It makes handling my monthly fees super easy—just a couple of clicks and all my student billing is sorted. I also rely on the pro shop for managing student sales and inventory. I really suggest this software, and their support is top-notch!
